This Privacy Policy explains how the Pera Track application (“App”) collects, stores, processes, and protects personal and transactional information provided by users.

2. Purpose of the App

The App is a financial record-keeping tool for GCash, Maya, GoTyme, PalawanPay, ShopeePay, Coins.ph, GrabPay Cash-In, Cash-Out, Send Money, Pay Bills, and Buy Load selling activities. The App records only; it does not execute financial transfers or load purchases.

3. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account Information: Email address, hashed password, and display name.
• Transaction Data: Names, phone numbers, transaction types, wallet providers, amounts, fees, profits, timestamps, and reference numbers entered by the user.
• Usage Data: Application logs, device info, and performance metrics.

4. Data Storage and Infrastructure

The App uses Google Firebase services for authentication and encrypted data storage:

• Firebase Authentication for secure account login & verification.
• Firebase Realtime Database for storing user-specific transactional data with private security rules.

5. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly used to:

• Provide account-based access across devices.
• Store and display financial/transaction records across e-wallet providers.
• Generate earnings analytics and multi-wallet reports.

6. Financial Non-Execution Role

JMGC Projects does not act as a money remittance service, bank, e-wallet, or load distributor. All financial execution happens outside the App.

7. Security & Ownership

Users retain full ownership of transaction data. We employ HTTPS transport encryption and access controls. JMGC Projects does not sell or trade user data.
