These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pera Track application ("App"). By creating an account, accessing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Purpose of the App

The App is a financial record-keeping and analytics tool designed for individuals who operate e-money agent and store retailing businesses (GCash, Maya, GoTyme, PalawanPay, ShopeePay, Coins.ph, GrabPay, Buy Load, Pay Bills). The App solely records and organizes user-entered transactions. It does not process actual money transfers or load purchases.

3. Not Affiliated with E-Wallet Providers

The App is an independent tool and is not developed by, endorsed by, affiliated with, or connected to GCash, Maya, GoTyme, PalawanPay, ShopeePay, Coins.ph, GrabPay, Globe, Smart, or any financial institution. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Account Registration & Security

To use the App, users must create an account. Each user receives their own private database space protected by authentication credentials.

5. Financial Disclaimer

The App does not handle real funds or load. All actual execution of transactions occurs externally. JMGC Projects is not liable for financial losses, record entry errors, or disputes arising from user activity.
